Are you looking for a way to grow your community and maximise your bean earnings? Have you used the tools Hilokal has provided to make your classes work? Not sure? Here is a checklist for trainers to maximise the tools they have been given. How many of these have you been doing?

Tools for Trainers

FREE CLASSES

  • Provide good class management and environment
  • Provide good teaching material
  • Using the ‘tools’ in the live class to interact and keep people engaged: chatbox, emoji’s, whiteboard

PAID CLASSES

  • Create a paid class in advance, allow time for students to book
  • Give good, detailed feedback afterwards
  • Engaging title
  • Full class description

PRIVATE CLASSES

  • Identify students who may benefit from a 1:1 class

CAFES

  • Create a cafe with a good title
  • Complete your ‘about’ section
  • Upload your welcome message which will be sent to all new members when they join
  • Invite students to your cafe with your invite link
  • Communicate regularly to members using the announcement tool
  • Share your cafe in your live classes
  • Do a special event for your members (eg: open a private table just for them and have some fun)

GROUP CHAT

  • Create a group chat for your regular students or certain teaching niches

NOTEBOOKS

  • Create professional looking notebooks to use in class
  • Pin your notebooks to your cafe
  • Make notebooks that can be verified
  • Personalise your notebook (add your name, cafe name)

DASHBOARD

  • Evaluate and compare classes through your dashboard analytics
  • Re-look at trainer guides to see if you are doing all you can do

SCHEDULING

  • Scheduling classes in advance. If someone looks at your profile, there should always be classes listed
  • Teaching the min. of 2 classes per week consistently
  • A good class title
  • Completed table description
  • Choose the correct level
  • Invite students
