Stop "t" practice story
Once there was a young girl named Pat who was late to meet her friend, Kate, at the park to practice Tai Chi. She was late but she couldn't wait to see Kate's smiling face and feel the calming energy of the ancient martial art.(stop t)
When Pat finally arrived, she saw Kate wearing a beautiful light blue sweater and practicing with graceful and fluid movements. Pat felt a great sense of peace wash over her as she joined in, following Kate's lead.
After their practice, Kate turned to Pat with a bright smile "you're a great mate for Tai Chi, Pat!" Pat beamed with joy, grateful for their friendship and the bond that they shared through this beautiful practice.
