The legend of Danau Lipan

The legend of Danau Lipan In Muara Kaman sub district around 120 km from Hulu Tenggarong the capital city of Kutai Kertanegara regency in east Kalimantan. There was a place which was well known as Danau Lipan (Centipede Lake). Although it was known as lake name but it was a lake, it was a wide plain which was grown many grass and clump. Once upon the time, around Hulu Tenggarong was near of ocean and the edge of the sea was in Berubus, Muara Kaman Ulu village (now was known as Benua Lawas). There was a kingdom which had a harbor. The harbor was visited by many people in trading.
