The Hidden Truth One night, a woman was waiting at the airport for her flight but had to wait for several hours. So she went to the airport shops and bought a book and a packet of cookies. While she was reading her F book, she noticed that the man sitting next to her grabbed a cookie or two from her bag. The woman ignored him as she did not want to make a scene . As time passed by, she munched on the cookies and watched the clock, seeing the "cookie thief" finishing her stock . She became more and more irritated thinking, "If I wasn't nice, I would have blackened his eye." Every time she took one cookie, he took one too. When the last cookie was left, the man nervously took it and broke it in half. He offered one half to the woman. Seeing this, she | snatched the other half from his hand, thinking, "My God, this guy has some | nerve ! Even after eating half of my cookies, he didn't show any gratitude ." She was relieved when her flight was called. She gathered her things and headed toward the gate without looking back. When she boarded the plane and sat in her seat, she continued reading her book, which was almost finished. As she finished and about to keep the book into her bag, she was surprised to see her own packet of cookies in front of her eyes. This made her realize that if this was her own packet of cookies, then the one she had been eating from was his. Despite that, he had tried to share with her.
