If you are having problems with your sound these are some of the things you can try to do to resolve them. + If you are breaking up in the room when speaking. You can go back to the listening area, and then back up to the speaking area which sometimes helps. + If you have tried the above but it did not help you can open up your settings on your phone & clear your cache under the Hilokal app settings. + If you are using a browser you can use "CTRL+F5" to refresh & clear the browsers cache. + If you are having some other problem or glitch from an update to Hilokal then you can try closing the app. Go into your phone settings. Open up Hilokal under settings. Force stop Hilokal. Clear both cache settings. Uninstall Hilokal. Restart your phone. Reinstall Hilokal. Login again to the app. If this does not fix whatever problem that you are having, then you should contact Hilokal support for further help. Be sure to let them know what steps you have already taken to try to fix the problems before contacting them.

Sometimes when you are the owner or even a mod of a table your commands will glitch & not work properly telling you something like "Sorry you do not have permission". You can sometimes fix this by doing one of the following. + Go down to the listening section, and back up to the speakers area. + Leave the room & come back. + Exit the app be it on your phone or browser. If none of these things work. You can try to close the room, and make a new one. (Hopefully in time Fox & their team will find ways to fix these bugs/glitches & they will be nothing more than a bad memory.)

- How to Fix Phone Apps - If you are having problems with an app on your phone there are a few steps you can take to try to fix it. You can try the following steps to fix the problems that you are having. Basic Fix, 1). Go the setting on your phone 2). Open apps 3). Find the app 4). Press "Force Stop" 5). Under "Storage & Cache" click "Clear Cache" 6). Restart app If this does not correct the problem that you are having with the app, then please try Fix 2. Fix 2, 1). Go the setting on your phone 2). Login to the app This should fix any problems that you are having with your app, but in case it does not you should open a bug report to the app developer so that they can help you. Be sure to include this information with your message to them so that they know what steps you have done already to try to fix the problem/s you are having.
