The purpose of these revelations was to guide people and The aim of the Quran is to emphasize the consistency and unity of the divine message across different prophets. Those who disbelieve and prevent others from following God's path are warned of severe punishment. However, Allah is forgiving and merciful to those who repent and believe. The People of the Book (Jews and Christians) not to exaggerate in their religion and to speak the truth about Allah. It clarifies that Jesus, son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, not His son or part of a Trinity.
