LESSON # 20 of Chapter # 6. Summary of Verses (155-165) of Chapter # 6 Surah Al An'am: Here's a short bullet point summary of the verses from Surah Al-An'am: 1- Revelation of the Book: The Qur'an is a blessed Book revealed for guidance and mercy; it calls for God-fearing devotion. 2- Rejection of Old Claims: People should not claim that previous revelations (e.g., Torah, Gospel) were the only true guidance, or that they would be better guided had the Qur'an been revealed to them. 3- Accountability for Denial: Those who deny Allah's signs and turn away from them will face severe punishment. 4- Denial of Clear Signs: No one will benefit from faith or repentance once clear signs from Allah (e.g., the Day of Judgment) appear, for faith only matters before these signs are manifest. 5- Division of Religion: Those who divide their faith into sects will be judged by Allah for their actions, as true religion is recognizing the oneness of God and following His guidance. 6- Reward and Retribution: Good deeds are rewarded tenfold, while bad deeds are only punished equivalently—no one will be wronged. 7- True Guidance: The Prophet follows the straight path, the way of Abraham, who worshiped Allah alone and did not associate partners with Him. 8- Devotion to Allah: All acts of worship, including prayer, sacrifices, and daily life, are dedicated to Allah alone, without any associates. 9- Seeking Allah Alone: No one should seek a lord other than Allah, for He is the Lord of all, and each person is responsible for their own deeds. 10- Vicegerency on Earth: Human beings are appointed as vicegerents (stewards) on earth, with ranks and responsibilities that serve as a test from Allah. He is swift in retribution but also forgiving and compassionate. Conclusion: This summary captures the core messages about divine guidance, the importance of true faith, personal responsibility, and the ultimate judgment.
