Summary of Verses (94-99) of Chapter # 7 Surah Al A'araf: Here is a short summary of the verses from Surah Al-A'raf: 1- Divine Testing: Every Prophet was sent with trials to humble people, making them aware of their dependence on God. 2- Cycle of Affliction and Ease: Nations faced hardship, followed by ease, but often became arrogant, attributing prosperity to their own efforts. When this happened, they were suddenly seized by God’s punishment. 3- Lessons from History: Past nations were tested with afflictions, which softened their hearts and turned them toward God. However, when prosperity returned, they often forgot God's lessons and fell into pride, leading to their eventual destruction. 4- The Quraysh's Response: The Quraysh, similar to past nations, rejected the Prophet Muhammad’s message even after experiencing famine. Despite their hardship, they attributed it to natural causes, not realizing it was a divine test. 5- Rejection and Punishment: Those who reject divine guidance face the risk of punishment, as seen in the fate of previous nations. If they had believed and been God-fearing, blessings would have flowed to them, but their rejection led to their destruction. 6- Security Against Punishment: People are warned that they are not secure from Allah's punishment, which can strike at any time—whether at night or during the day. Only those who reject Allah’s warnings are truly lost.
