1):- Mind your own business This phrase means to not interfere with other people's affairs or to not pry into others' personal matters. It is often used as a reminder to someone who is getting too involved in someone else's business. Example 1: "I wish he would just mind his own business and stop asking me so many personal questions." Example 2: "I don't want to get involved in their argument. I'm just going to mind my own business and stay out of it."

2):-Keep up with the Joneses - This phrase means to try to match or exceed the lifestyle or possessions of one's neighbors or peers. It implies a desire to impress others or to maintain a certain social status. Example 1: "She always has to have the latest gadgets and designer clothes. She's always trying to keep up with the Joneses." Example 2: "I don't care what the neighbors have. I'm not going to spend money I don't have just to keep up with the Joneses."

3):-Moan - This verb means to express dissatisfaction or unhappiness about something in a prolonged, low-pitched sound. Example 1: "He always moans about how difficult his job is, but he never does anything to change it." Example 2: "Stop moaning and start working on a solution to the problem."

4):-Squawk - This verb means to make a loud, harsh, and shrill noise, often in a complaining or protesting manner. Example 1: "The birds outside my window are squawking so loudly that I can't concentrate." Example 2: "The students were squawking about the amount of homework they were given."

6):-Overcast - This adjective describes the condition of the sky when it is covered by clouds and therefore lacking in direct sunlight. Example 1: "It's overcast today, so I don't think we'll be able to go to the beach." Example 2: "I prefer sunny days to overcast ones."

7):- Learn something the hard way - This phrase means to learn a lesson through difficult or painful experiences rather than through instruction or advice. Example 1: "He didn't listen to anyone's warnings and had to learn the hard way that gambling is not a good idea." Example 2: "I learned the hard way that procrastination only leads to more stress and less time to get things done."

8):-Can't stand - This phrase means to strongly dislike or have an aversion to something or someone. Example 1: "I can't stand the taste of cilantro. It's like eating soap to me." Example 2: "She can't stand her ex-boyfriend because he cheated on her."

9):-Point out - This verb means to draw attention to or indicate something specifically. Example 1: "I'd like to point out that we're all responsible for cleaning up after ourselves in the kitchen." Example 2: "He pointed out the flaws in her argument during the debate."

10):-To no avail - This phrase means that despite one's efforts, nothing has been achieved or accomplished. Example 1: "He tried to fix the broken vase, but to no avail. It was beyond repair." Example 2: "I've been trying to reach her by phone all day, but to no avail. She must be busy."

11):-talk someone round: means to persuade or convince someone to change their opinion or decision, often by using arguments or explanations. "My friend was hesitant to go on a road trip with us, but I talked her round by explaining how much fun we would have and how many interesting places we would visit." "The CEO was initially opposed to investing in the new technology, but the tech team talked him round by showing him the potential benefits and cost savings it could bring to the company
