I think we live in a deterministic universe. Everything is knitted with cause and effect relationships. If you’re a current smoker, it’s because you bought the first cigarette your friend handed you somewhere in the past. If you’re going to school even though you’re past school age, it’s because you didn’t care about your studies in the past. If you are depressed when all is well, it is because of past traumas. And many other things.

Whether we like it or not, our past affects our future. Our youth is the time when we are just getting to know ourselves. And if you haven’t passed fair tests in these ages and have had to know yourself badly, that’s an effect of the past on us. But I believe in the new world. Old head people say that you are the same at 7 as you are at 70 years old. But I believe the new world is heading towards a place where the open mind can accept everyone and congratulate the changed person.

The old world people don’t want you to change. In fact, if you change and you come to a good place, he will point a finger at you and say it’s not really him. He claims that his change was a lie. It wants you to stay with what God gave you and the way your environment shaped you. Because he cannot change and he believes that he cannot change. He doesn’t like change.
