서울 빌라 월세 거래량이 처음으로 5만 건을 넘어서며 역대 최대를 기록했다. 지난해부터 잇따라 터진 전세사기 여파로 빌라 전·월세시장에서 '전세 회피' 현상이 뚜렷해지고 있다. 서울 25개 자치구에서 월세 거래가 가장 많은 곳은 송파구(8,321건)였고 강남구(3,325건), 강서구(3,192건), 광진구(3,029건), 마포구(2,918건) 순이었다.
