Poem Reading

I'm slowly removing the roots of sadness that have been sitting on the soils of my soul—I am thinning them, just so there can be enough room for the seeds of happiness I will be planting. It has been ages now since I started tending to the florets that had grown in me, but I never consider it as a sanctuary, because it was all watered by tears of torments; it was actually a garden of melancholia. And right now, I desire to have a fresh start. I want to begin anew—making sure that the flowers will only be watered with my tears caused by joy. This time, I will make it the safest haven I had ever been—a paradise filled with flowers of euphoria. —Ren Ednalig

As I become older, I've come to appreciate the importance of keeping a quality circle and allowing only those who belong there—people who exude happiness and optimism—into my private space. I prefer to be sincere and honest with a limited group of close friends who are supportive and well-rounded. than a larger circle that constantly criticizes you and gradually limits your development Power resides in privacy. In a world where everyone flaunts and flexes their assets, I prefer achieving my objectives and developing myself to the point where I can be the best version of myself quietly. —Balt

“There is a space in you That can never be touched There is a place in you That can never be harmed There is a strength in you That can never be stolen There is a faith in you That can never be shaken There is a voice in you That can never be silenced There is a peace in you That can never be disrupted There is a fire in you That can never be extinguished There is a joy in you That can never be diminished There is a spirit in you That can never be broken There is a dream in you That can never be forgotten There is a hope in you That can never be crushed And there is a love in you That can never be lost.” — Tahlia Hunter

"A professor gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The professor then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon. At that point, the professor told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon. The professor said to the students: "These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."

Your family does not know how many difficulties and pressure you go through in your daily life or in your work. And your work does not know the circumstances of your life and your home. Your colleagues, your friends and loved ones will not understand the size of the new and old responsibilities that are on top of you. And your partner is always expecting unconditional love and - support from you, he will not understand the amount of pressure you are under no matter how much you talk and explain. In conclusion: no one feels for you except yourself. Nobody will understand what you are really going through and it is very likely that they will not value efforts. Just keep going... Fight... take care of yourself
