PARTS OF THE BODIES (FILIPINO)

Ulo - Head: This is the part of the body located at the top. It contains the brain, eyes, nose, and mouth. Mata - Eyes: These are the body parts we use for seeing. They have eyelids that open and close. Ilong - Nose: A part of the face located in the middle. We use it for breathing and smelling. Bibig - Mouth: A part of the face we use for eating, speaking, and smiling. Tainga - Ears: Parts of the body we use for hearing sounds. Leeg - Neck: This is the part of the body that connects the head to the torso. Balikat - Shoulders: This is the part of the body located between the neck and the arms. We use it for lifting and carrying things. Braso - Arms: This is the part of the body from the shoulders to the elbows. We use it to reach, hold, and carry things. Kamay - Hands: Parts of the arms that we use to hold, touch, and manipulate things. Tiyan - Stomach / Abdomen: The middle part of the body used for receiving and digesting food. Binti - Legs: These are the parts of the body from the hips to the feet. We use them for walking, running, and standing. Paa - Feet: Parts of the body we use for walking, running, and jumping. They have toes that we use for gripping and balancing.
