Mind Reset Volume 5

A 1 Whenever the subject of war arises, I always think about the phrase "the victory of good over evil," as if the world is merely a battlefield. For centuries, a war has raged between good and evil, where evil seems overwhelmingly powerful but ultimately always loses. Good prevails in the end, no matter how old something is; age does not make it truth. Lies may endure for ages, but they hold no real value. We’ve witnessed generations of people fleeing in fear, yet the truth remains unseen and unheard. All we’ve ever known are these battles. 2 In the name of balance, good and evil are portrayed as equals, but this is a distorted and wrong view of nature’s balance. True balance is far more liberating than this bloody conflict. There’s no inherent good or bad in the world—everything simply is. Whether something is good or bad depends on how it is perceived, felt, or attached to. True balance exists only in the mind. When thoughts materialize into reality through action, that is nature’s balance. As long as thoughts remain unexpressed through action, imbalance persists. If thoughts fail to bring about something new, imbalance continues, and wars will endure. Only when we master our mind's workings can balance and peace be achieved, much like we observe in nature.

B 3 Making decisions isn't as simple as it seems. Most of the decisions we make today are unconscious, driven by fear, safety, or a desire to please others. We haven't truly made decisions for ourselves or our own lives. Yes, we’ve made sacrifices, thinking they would lead to happiness. But remember, fruits never come from withered trees. If you're hungry, how can you give food to others? 4 Setting goals that are solely for external validation is like trying to nourish a dying tree. As you move forward in life, the fruits of your best work will benefit everyone around you and society as a whole. Goals aren’t meant to be just for achievement; they are meant to foster personal growth. Yes, rewards like fame and money may follow, but the first step is nourishing the seed—the goal itself. Only then can we enjoy the abundance nature has to offer. Take care of the roots, and the fruits will take care of themselves. 5 If everything were known in advance, there would be no excitement or thrill. Decisions aren't made when everything is clear; they're made when the outcome is uncertain. And in this process, fear will inevitably surface. Our conscious mind doesn't have all the answers—its role is to implement the plans. All the knowledge we need lies in the subconscious mind. The map to navigate the unknown resides within it. The goal must be set first, followed by the decision to pursue it, then impress that goal upon the subconscious mind. Only then will the plan emerge for the conscious mind to execute. 6 This is why wealthy people make decisions quickly and change them slowly, while others hesitate and constantly change their minds. It’s harder to impress a goal on the subconscious mind, and we’ll explore why in a moment. But for now, the key takeaway is this: without a committed decision, no path will unfold. First, decide, and then the work begins. If you haven’t decided to buy a house, why would the money come to you? Decide first, and everything you need—money, contacts, resources—will follow.

C 7 Imagine these horizontal lines as levels of vibration. Each level represents a frequency. Low vibration and low frequency signify sadness, illness, poverty, and disorder. High vibration and high frequency represent happiness, health, wealth, and order. Right now, your C-type goal exists at a high vibration, high frequency, while you are down here at a low vibration, low frequency. The reason for being stuck in this place is that your past is still influencing your present—old thoughts and actions are still dictating your current reality. 8 You're thinking the same way, feeling the same emotions, and taking the same actions that you did before, which is why your past keeps repeating itself. This is what it means to be stuck. If you're not thinking, feeling, or doing anything new, how can a new future possibly unfold? To achieve your C-type goal, you must think, feel, and act in new ways. You must develop your thinking and unlock your superpowers to impress your goal onto your subconscious mind, leading to new actions and different results. But first, you must make a decision—a committed decision. 9 No excuses will be accepted. No "trying" is allowed. You’re either in or you’re out. You cannot say, "I’ll commit when I have enough money," "When I get married," or "When my kids are out of school," or "When the government passes a new bill." That is not commitment. A committed decision means that, no matter what, you will achieve your goal today—whether you have support, money, or a plan, or not. 10 Everything you need will come only after making a committed decision. Nothing will come before that. And making that decision costs you nothing. From tomorrow, wake up early and exercise. How much will it cost you to make that decision? Nothing. Yes, after making the decision, you'll face internal struggle about whether to exercise or not. But once you achieve your fitness goal, you will gain far more than you ever imagined. 11 Today will not be like yesterday because you won’t be the same anymore. You’ll feel good, and you'll realize that change isn’t as bad as it sounds. Luck always favors those who don’t rely on luck. So for now, make a committed decision and don't let your self-image or paradigm dictate your actions. Now, let’s look at the battle you need to fight—and win. Victory is the only option. Either you win and become more, or you lose and lose yourself as well.

D 12 Level 1 Bondage occurs when we rely solely on our senses, getting trapped in a maze where our paradigm and self-image control our actions. We often see people entangled in old thoughts and memories because they lack the belief that they can create something new. This belief keeps them stuck in sadness, lingering in the past. This is what we call insecurity. When you don't understand yourself and believe there's nothing special about you as a human being, insecurity takes root. 13 There are countless relationships in this world, but if you can't maintain a strong connection with your own subconscious mind, you will become prey to the world and remain under the control of everything around you. Your spiritual being is your true identity, and you can never separate yourself from it. However, if you don't become familiar with your true identity, your false self-image will soon make it difficult for you to live authentically. 14 We all have experienced things in the past—both good and bad. Some of us carry resentment from others' actions, guilt from betraying ourselves, and regret wishing we could change the past to see a better tomorrow. 15 Even though we live in the present, the past remains alive within us, influencing our future through these resentments, guilt, and regrets. The truth is that the past is gone and cannot be changed. What happened, happened. Whether you were the one who made the choice or someone else did, it no longer matters. Always remember that no one ever makes a mistake in their own eyes; they are always 100% right in their own minds. 16 People give their best effort every time; no one intentionally does wrong. They always have a valid reason for their actions. Yes, if there is a lack of knowledge, the results may be poor. But here's an important point: if someone lacks knowledge, why should they be punished for it? Once someone gains the right knowledge, they cannot make intentional mistakes. Whatever we did in the past was based on the mindset we had at the time. Today, with more understanding, we can't blame ourselves by regretting the past—that would be illogical. 17 Remember this principle: no one is ever wrong in their own eyes, and decisions are always made according to one's mindset. Mindsets change over time, so you've already been punished for the mistakes of your past. There's no need to punish yourself twice by dwelling on them. Instead, move forward in life with a new, more open mindset, which we're learning about today.

E 18 Level 2 Reason is when you begin to develop and harness your superpowers. This is the moment when you truly start thinking. Everything around you today was once just an idea in someone's mind. It began with a thought and gradually materialized, holding the essence of truth. Use your superpowers to create a new self-image—one that resonates with who you truly are, not just someone you're trying to become. 19 However, before doing that, there's something important we must do: forgiveness. Forgive yourself and the entire world. Forgive yourself for being ignorant, for not knowingly making mistakes. Forgive the world as well, because it too remains in ignorance. 20 By doing this, our expectations of the world will decrease, and the light of knowledge will spark a new power within us. Forgive everyone and empty your mind. But remember, emptiness won't last long, so fill it with new thoughts. Envision a new tomorrow, a world of abundance, and gradually begin to imprint this vision onto your subconscious mind. 21 At this stage, your new self-image hasn't fully entered your subconscious yet, and your old paradigm is still in control. So, don’t be discouraged if you encounter setbacks or things don’t go as planned. Stay calm and composed. Don’t lose your temper.

F 22 Level 3: Terror Barrier – The Royal Battle This is a "do or die" battle. Just as two swords cannot remain together, your old paradigm and your new self-image cannot coexist in your subconscious mind. One will have to dominate the other, and the one that’s stronger will remain. This battle, the fight for your subconscious mind, is called the terror barrier. 23 When you reach this stage, you will be alone. The battle will be yours to win or lose, and the outcome depends entirely on your choice. To understand the terror barrier in simple terms, think of withdrawal symptoms – it’s the best example of what this royal battle feels like. Consider what happens to an alcoholic or drug addict when they don’t have access to alcohol or drugs. The withdrawal symptoms are so severe that it feels like life itself is at risk. To prevent this, the person may be given what they crave, just to relieve the intense pressure. 24 This battle is like that, but the strength of your paradigm determines how severe the battle will be. If your old paradigm is stronger than the new self-image you're building, you'll be knocked back to Level 1 bondage. If your new self-image wins, you will be free from every mental prison, liberated from your old patterns of thought and behavior. 25 During the terror barrier, your paradigm will use 95% of the power of your subconscious mind to push you to surrender, forcing you back into old ways. You might fall ill suddenly, have a fight at home, experience a crisis at work or school, or face emotional distress. These obstacles, while seemingly external, are actually manifestations of the terror barrier—the paradigm's last stand to keep you stuck in your old self-image. 26 The terrifying thing is, it may seem like the whole world is against you, but it’s actually your paradigm, working through your subconscious, trying to hold you back. If you're unaware of this process, it’s easy to be fooled by it. However, if you understand how the mind works, the paradigm cannot defeat you. It may win a few initial battles, but it will not win the war. 27 To overcome this, focus on two key things: a)Whatever you focus on, grows stronger. Focus on your newly built self-image, giving it your full attention and energy. b)Knowledge is power. Study every day and immediately implement what you learn. The more you educate yourself and apply that knowledge, the weaker your paradigm becomes. 28 Develop positive habits such as waking up early, working hard late at night, reading books, and spending time with high achievers. By making these habits part of your daily routine, your paradigm will weaken. Over time, the terror barrier will no longer seem impossible to overcome. 29 But be warned: the paradigm will try to resist. It will discourage you from waking up early, from staying focused and productive, leading you to waste your time on distractions like social media. But with your committed decision, you can end this cycle. The paradigm may have control over you, but it cannot withstand a person who is committed and resolute in their purpose. 30 Your paradigm is powerful because it draws on the subconscious mind, but once you realize its tricks, you’ll see through them. The battle is yours, and no one can fight it for you. Many lose because they lack the knowledge of the terror barrier and the necessary strategies to overcome it. But you, armed with the right mindset, will not lose. You will emerge victorious—there is no other option.

G 31 With the power of the right knowledge and your spiritual core, you have now crossed the terror barrier. This is no small feat—it’s a monumental achievement, one that few ever truly experience. The terror barrier is not a garden of roses, but it is the gateway to infinity. By conquering it, you've transcended the limitations that once held you back. 32 The battle was difficult, and yes, it was dangerous. It demanded everything from you—the very breath you take, the beats of your heart. It’s in moments like these, when the essence of life feels like it’s slipping away, that the true meaning of existence is revealed. This is when you truly come alive. 33 Now that you have crossed the terror barrier, you are no longer who you once were. This is a transformative moment. You have become the creator of your life, the architect of your own world. The old self-image is gone, and in its place is the self you were meant to be—the self that manifests everything you desire. 34 Your newly built self-image will now become a reality before your eyes. Whether your goal is a new house, a car, a fulfilling relationship, or anything else, know this: nothing is impossible in nature. Everything is within reach. Once you’ve reached this level of self-awareness and creation, you will no longer be bound by addictions to substances like alcohol, drugs, or distractions like social media. 35 An ordinary person is disconnected from the true power of nature. But when you meet nature and understand its secrets, you unlock your own potential to create the life you desire. You are no longer a passive observer of life; you are its creator.

H 36 To successfully complete this journey and embody your newly built self-image, adopting the right attitude is crucial. Attitude is everything—it's how you align your thoughts, feelings, and actions to consistently move toward your C-type goal. When you set this order in your life, your vibration and frequency will naturally amplify, making the manifestation process smoother and more powerful. 37 A simple but powerful question to ask yourself every day is: Is what I am thinking, feeling, and doing in sync with my goal-achieving process? This question helps you stay aligned with your desired outcomes. As you practice this, you may begin to feel like you're in constant communication with the Universe, as if your thoughts, feelings, and actions are speaking to it. 38 If you don't maintain the right attitude, solutions to your challenges can feel more difficult to find. The right attitude ensures that you stay on track, avoid distractions, and keep your energy focused on what truly matters. Remember, once you become distracted, it can be very hard to regain your momentum—and in some cases, it may feel impossible to get back on course. 39 So, adopt the right attitude, strengthen your new self-image, and keep moving forward. This will not only help you navigate the terror barrier but also keep you in control of your path, helping you break free and create the life you’ve always desired.
