A 1 The world itself is neither inherently good nor bad. It's our self-image and the unique perspective we have on the world that shapes how we see it. Limiting beliefs are like clouds that obscure the sunlight. Make it a habit to reassess them daily and reclaim control of your life. Infuse your beliefs with happiness and prosperity. Walk in harmony with nature and humanity, functioning as one.

B 2 In today's world, stress, anxiety, and depression have become widespread. Is there a solution? Yes, there is, but you may overlook it because of its simplicity. Don’t let the simplicity of the solution lead you to believe otherwise. Remove the darkness of ignorance with the light of knowledge. That’s it. Simple, yet not easy due to the influence of paradigms and self-image. 3 Everything begins with ignorance—ignorance in various aspects of life, whether it’s family, friends, relationships, career, job, or business. Without knowledge, your decisions are filled with doubt. After making a decision, you’ll worry about what will happen next. This is where fear begins. People aren’t afraid of the past; they fear the unknown, an uncertain future. They constantly worry about what might happen and prepare for the worst. But often, nothing goes wrong. 4 The fear of the future is what we call anxiety. Anxiety is not always openly expressed; it is suppressed. This suppressed anxiety is known as depression. It manifests as uneasiness in the body, a state of dis-ease. Once disease enters, disorder follows, bringing low vibrations and frequencies. This leads to disintegration, in simple terms, it’s an invitation to premature death. 5 So, how do we turn things around? With knowledge, simple but not easy, due to paradigms and self-image. Gain the right knowledge in every area of your life, and not just acquire it but truly understand it. Understanding is wisdom—this is the knowledge that brings change. Gaining the right understanding leads to unwavering faith, which in turn brings peace and relaxation. 6 When you become an expert in your field, you’ll have full faith in yourself. You’ll be relaxed, doing your work with an open heart, expressing yourself without fear of judgment, because what you think of yourself matters more than what others think. Knowing your craft removes the need for worry, anxiety, or depression. Your life and work quality improve, tasks are completed more efficiently, and your creativity flourishes. This is where creation happens. You will create your own life, no longer controlled by anyone—neither paradigms nor the autopilot of your self-image.

C 7 Money is simply an idea that manifests on paper. While money isn't everything, when it's needed, nothing else can replace it. So, what exactly is money? It’s much like receiving good marks or awards in school—it’s a reward for offering valuable products or services. That’s it. When you work to improve the lives of others by providing quality products and services, you’ll be rewarded, both in psychic and material wealth. 8 Money, in itself, isn’t good or bad; it’s your product or service that determines its value. If you want to earn a lot of money, focus on offering products or services that help people save time, gain knowledge, and understand it—essentially improving their lives. Ignorance, no matter how dense, can never compete with the sun of knowledge. When you prioritize the quality of life for your customers, they will take care of you in return. 9 Smart customers always choose quality products and services. Take care of people, nurture humanity, and nature will take care of you. You’ll never be short of money; instead, it will flow to you abundantly, growing richer with each day. Remember, only businesses that are customer-centric will thrive. All others will eventually fade away. 10 Can you predict how much money you’ll earn? Yes, the law of compensation can answer that. It operates on three key principles, known as the 3Ds: D1: Demand – Look at the marketplace with sharp, eagle-like eyes to identify what’s in demand, what do customers need? D2: Do it – This is about your ability to meet that demand. How well can you fulfill the need by offering the right products and services? D3: Difficulty in Replacement – If you’re already meeting a specific demand, assess how difficult it would be to replace you. Use your creativity to improve your product or service every day. 11 The demand for quality products and services is endless, and there’s always room for improvement. The 3Ds help you find the demand, fulfill it, and do so creatively enough that you become difficult to replace. Now, you need to decide which demand or need you want to serve. Once you find your niche, focus on mastering your ability to fulfill that need. Focus on D2—Do it. You must master it. Improve your skills and work by 1% every day. Once you master it, you’ll become irreplaceable. And when replacement becomes impossible, you become the creator of your own reality. Understand the market, work on your abilities, and you’ll become irreplaceable—and ultimately, successful. 12 There are three ways to earn money: M1, M2, and M3. M1 holds 1% of the world's total money, while 96% of people work in this category. Here, time is traded for money, such as in a typical job. The problem with this system is that there's a saturation point, and since time is limited—only 24 hours in a day—there's a cap on how much you can earn. 13 M2 holds 3% of the world’s total money, and only 3% of people work here. In this category, money is earned by investing money—such as in stocks, trading, or other investments. However, many people don’t have enough capital to invest, and succeeding in this area requires a deep understanding of finance. It’s not a part-time job—it’s a full-time commitment to growing wealth through investments. 14 M3 holds 96% of the world’s total money, but only 1% of people are involved here. This is where time multiplies through the creation of multiple sources of income. Income flows in from various places, not just one. The key here is value—improving the customer’s quality of life and creating an impact on humanity as a whole. Keep in mind, working two or three jobs does not count as having multiple sources of income. What truly counts is starting two or three businesses and automating them. This is the real definition of multiple income streams. With the internet making the world smaller, it’s now possible to create businesses globally from a single location. So, what are you waiting for?

D 15 People can be categorized into three groups based on their income and expenditure: 1. Deficit – In this category, expenses far exceed income. People in this group are constantly spending more than they earn. 2. Break Even – Here, every penny earned is spent on expenses, leaving nothing behind. Whatever money comes in, goes out immediately. 3. Surplus – In this category, income is greater than expenses. Even after covering all costs, there’s still money left over. 16 Those in the deficit and break even categories often believe that if their income increases, everything will improve. However, this won’t happen because of their spending habits. People in deficit have the habit of spending more than they earn, so when their income rises, their spending rises too, leading to the same situation. Those in break even have the habit of spending everything they earn, so even if they earn more, they will just spend more, ending up in the same place. 17 The problem isn’t about having more or less money, it’s about habits. One person has the habit of overspending, and the other spends everything they earn. In both cases, chasing more money won’t solve the problem. Changing habits is what will break this cycle and lead to financial freedom. 18 Yes, forming the right habits can be challenging, but it’s not impossible. Awareness of the problem is the first step to finding a solution. The real issue is not the economy, the government, or the bank—it’s the habits, paradigm, and self-image. Change those, and the rest will follow. 19 We all have good habits that benefit us, but sometimes we act out of habit without questioning our actions. For example, we often believe the words of our family and friends without considering whether they truly have the knowledge to guide us. You wouldn’t go to a sick doctor for treatment, so why seek financial advice from a neighbor or family friend instead of an expert or a financial advisor? 20 Financial knowledge is not something that’s easily understood—it takes years to master. Even if you study for years, you won’t learn as much as an expert can teach you in a single day. The value of mentors is immense. With discipline and consistency, you can reach your goals in 10 years. But with a mentor in your life, you can achieve the same goal in just 6 months. 21 If you had 5 or 6 lives, you could afford to make mistakes and learn everything on your own. But if you have just one life, and it's already halfway gone, it’s time to find a good financial advisor and turn your dreams into reality. It’s not the person who dies—it’s the death of dreams and wishes that could have come true but never did.

E 22 What wakes you up in the morning: your survival needs, your list of things to show off, or the desires that live rent-free in your heart? Survival needs are essential to fulfill because without meeting them, dreams will remain unfulfilled. Be independent, take care of your basic needs, and break free from the survival mode of constant stress and struggle. 23 Next, there’s a need that isn’t truly yours, but you feel compelled to fulfill it because society says so. This happens because we don’t fully know ourselves. Society teaches us to be someone we are not, to live in ways that make us fit in. But at what cost? At the cost of abandoning our authentic selves? We all seek acceptance, but do we really want to lose who we truly are for it? 24 Then there’s the desire, which comes from a deeper place—the spiritual core that exists in all of us. The spiritual core wants us to express ourselves and grow. You can’t stop it; that’s why you never feel fully satisfied. Yes, happiness is important, but satisfaction can stifle growth. Dissatisfaction is the seat of creativity. Who doesn’t want to be creative? Desire is the unexpressed potential of your spiritual core seeking expression through you. 25 Having material things like a house, car, or money is nothing compared to who you become in the process of fulfilling your desires. You become more than you’ve ever been. Desire will transform you into a better person, one who will eventually elevate humanity to the next level. 26 Fulfill your needs, express your uniqueness, and honor your spiritual essence without falling into the trap of showing off. When you do this, you will find that you no longer need anything. Everything will come to you naturally, and it will not harm anyone in the process.

F 27 Goal setting is indeed an art, and it shapes the colorful life you lead. There are three types of goals: A-type, B-type, and C-type. Each of these goals represents a different level of growth and potential. A-type goals are those you’ve already achieved before. For example, getting 70-80% marks in an exam or knowing exactly which job you’re qualified for. These goals are familiar, and they don’t lead to much growth because you’ve already been there. Growth happens when you step into the unknown, when you push your boundaries and challenge yourself in ways you haven’t before. 28 B-type goals are those you haven’t achieved yet but have a clear plan for. You may think, “If I get this loan, or if this product goes viral, I can make it happen.” While you’re working toward them, you already know what needs to be done. This type of goal lacks inspiration because you already have a road map. You might find yourself getting tired, feeling unmotivated, and returning to A-type goals because they feel safer and more achievable. This cycle can lead to stagnation, with lots of hard work but no true progress. 29 C-type goals are the real game-changers. These are goals that you don’t know how to achieve yet. They require you to step into the unknown, like leaving your stable job to start a business in a completely unfamiliar field. Your heart and mind tell you to pursue it, even if your logic doubts it. This is where the real growth happens—outside the comfort zone. C-type goals are born from your spiritual core and they have the potential for limitless growth. 30 When you set C-type goals, you're doing something that hasn’t been done before. It's like inventing airplanes, smartphones, or rockets—things once deemed impractical. But these ideas became world-changing because someone had the courage to step into the unknown. The world might call it impractical, but who says the unknown is going to be bad? It can be incredibly rewarding too. Science and technology made life better because someone dared to take that first step. 31 Don’t fall into the trap of practicality. The world needs innovation, the kind that comes from pushing boundaries and stepping where no one has dared to go before. You have one life, one shot. Make it count by doing something the world has never seen before.

G 32 The conscious mind is an incredible part of our being. It's not just responsible for processing information through our five senses—sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell—but it also houses six superpowers: imagination, will power, perception, reason, memory, and intuition. These superpowers are critical in shaping and updating our paradigms and self-image, yet many people are unaware of their full potential or how to develop them. 33 Paradigms and self-image are like the internal programming that controls how we perceive ourselves and the world around us. When we have a desire or a big goal, our paradigms often try to hold us back. They use the senses to show us reasons why we can't achieve it—like "no one has done it before," "you don’t have the qualifications," or "you don't have enough money or connections." These negative thoughts can trap us in a loop, keeping us stuck between A-type and B-type goals with no real growth. 34 However, the conscious mind is also known as the intellectual mind, and it’s here that our superpowers reside. These powers—imagination, will power, perception, reason, memory, and intuition—can be developed and harnessed with practice. When we learn to cultivate and strengthen these abilities, we can begin to break free from limiting paradigms and self-images. 35 *Imagination is the ability to visualize possibilities beyond what we see in the present. *Will power is the drive and determination to persist and keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles. *Perception allows us to see the world not just as it is, but as it could be, opening our minds to new opportunities. 36 *Reason helps us logically assess situations and make decisions that align with our goals. *Memory plays a role in recalling past successes, experiences, and lessons that inform our present actions. *Intuition is that inner knowing that guides us even when logic fails us. 37 By developing these superpowers, we can shift our self-image and our paradigms, freeing ourselves from limiting beliefs and achieving C-type goals—those big, bold goals that truly transform us. The workbook mentioned below would provide structured exercises to help you cultivate these abilities and update your paradigm for success.

H 38 Imagination truly is a powerful force—it’s the realm where everything begins, where the seeds of creation are planted. Our minds are wired to think in pictures, and everything we see around us, no matter how tangible or abstract, once existed only in someone's imagination. From the tallest buildings to the most advanced technologies, from artistic masterpieces to revolutionary ideas, all of it started as a vision in someone's mind. 39 When you engage in imagination, you’re essentially organizing your thoughts into a coherent picture, creating order out of the mental chaos. It’s this order that forms the foundation for manifestation. Imagine a painter—before putting paint on a canvas, the image exists in their mind. The painting itself is the physical manifestation of that internal vision. Similarly, everything that exists in the physical world first took form as an image in the minds of those who envisioned it. 40 It’s incredible to think that imagination isn’t just a random daydream—it’s the source of creation. The world we live in today is a result of past imaginations brought into reality. But what we imagine today will become tomorrow’s reality. This is why it's so important to never stop imagining, never stop fantasizing about possibilities. Your imagination holds the key to your future, and by cultivating it, you shape the world you want to live in. 41 So, when you feel your mind wandering into a realm of possibility, let it. It’s not just idle thought—it’s the spark of creation. Embrace it, nurture it, and let it guide you toward creating the reality you desire. Imagination is where it all begins. Keep dreaming big, and trust that those dreams are the blueprints for your future.

I 42 Will power is often misunderstood as sheer force or brute strength, but in reality, it’s all about focus and concentration. When you direct your attention with purpose, you tap into a power far greater than force—it's the power of clarity, intention, and alignment with your deepest desires. 43 Using force, in the sense of pushing or manipulating yourself, can create resistance. But focus and concentration are natural—they flow with the current of your thoughts, guiding them to where you want them to go. Instead of forcing yourself into action, focus your mind on the outcome you desire, and everything will align naturally. 44 When you set your sights on your C-type goals—those big, bold dreams that you don't know how to achieve yet but feel in your heart—your job is to continually bring your focus back to them. C-type goals demand creativity, courage, and unwavering focus because they’re beyond your current understanding, but they're also the goals that will bring you the greatest growth. 45 Here’s where imagination plays a crucial role. By using your imagination to vividly picture your ideal life—whether it’s achieving success in your business, a life of freedom, or making an impact on the world—you’re creating the blueprint for your subconscious mind to work with. 46 Now, once you've created that image in your mind, use will power (focus and concentration) to lock that picture into your subconscious. You want to focus on that image until it becomes a part of your paradigm—until it replaces the old, limiting beliefs with new, empowering ones. This act of consciously directing your thoughts towards your dreams is called visioneering, a combination of imagination and will power. 47 This process of visioneering is what has led countless individuals to success. From entrepreneurs to inventors to artists, those who have mastered the art of focused vision have been able to bring their dreams into reality. 48 The key is persistence. You don’t just imagine it once and forget it. You bring your focus back to it, day after day. You let that vision seep into your subconscious, and eventually, it will become a part of who you are, guiding your actions toward the life you've imagined.

J 49 Perception is a powerful tool—it shapes how we experience the world and, more importantly, how we experience ourselves. When you see yourself as a spiritual being, rather than just a human going through life, everything changes. You recognize that you are more than your physical body, more than the roles you play. You have the power of the mind—the ability to create, shape, and transform your reality. 50 The way you perceive yourself is key to unlocking your potential. So many of us have been conditioned to doubt our strengths, to hide from our light. But in reality, the power is always within us. When you step into the belief that you are more than just a human being, you begin to unlock that power and allow it to shine. You stop being afraid of your own greatness and begin to embrace it. 51 The external world is simply a reflection of your inner state. If you feel unworthy, the world will reflect that. If you perceive challenges as obstacles, the world will seem like a series of hurdles. But when you shift your self-perception to one of empowerment, the world shifts with it. When you change the way you look at something, that thing changes—not because it has physically changed, but because your mind has begun to interpret it differently. This is the true power of perception. 52 For perception to be a true superpower, it must be grounded in reality. It’s not about wishful thinking or delusion; it’s about seeing things as they are, acknowledging the challenges, but also seeing the opportunities, the strengths, and the possibilities that exist. When your perception is aligned with reality, you become a force of nature. You understand the dynamics of life and can navigate it with confidence, clarity, and power. 53 You’re not just a passive observer in life—you are the creator of your own reality. And once you align your perception with the truth of who you are, that’s when you can begin to shape the world around you.

K 54 Memory is a powerful tool, and it becomes a superpower when we choose to focus on the lessons learned and the successes we've had, rather than dwelling on past failures. The truth is, pain and failure are a part of life, and they do teach us valuable lessons. But that doesn't mean we need to let them define us or be a permanent part of our lives. 55 Think about when you first learned to walk. Falling was inevitable, but those falls didn’t define you—they were simply a part of the process. Once you learned to walk, you didn’t keep falling over and over again, remembering each fall. Instead, you moved forward with the confidence and knowledge that you could walk. 56 That’s how we should treat the painful memories and failures in our lives. They are part of the learning process, but they don’t need to be carried with us forever. The more we remember our past successes, the more we program our minds for success in the future. Every success is a step forward, a reminder of what we’re capable of. 57 So, instead of repeatedly remembering past mistakes or failures, treat those memories as lessons. Learn from them, but let them go. Every time you face a challenge, remember the successes you've had—how you’ve overcome difficulties before and how you can apply those lessons to what lies ahead. Your memory becomes a tool for growth when you use it to fuel your success rather than keep you stuck in the past. 58 When you shift your focus to remembering the lessons learned from your past successes, you unlock your ability to move forward with confidence. You start to see yourself not as a person who failed, but as someone who has learned, grown, and overcome. And that’s how you truly create a future filled with success.

L 59 Our intuition is a powerful, innate tool that we all possess, but often we overlook it. Intuition is not just a feeling or a vague guess—it’s our inner guidance system that picks up on vibrations and energies around us, often on a subconscious level. We are constantly surrounded by vibrations, whether it's the energy of the people we meet, the places we visit, or the situations we find ourselves in. These vibrations affect us, and our intuition helps us sense whether something feels right or wrong. 60 How many times have you met someone and just had a gut feeling that something was off, or walked into a room and felt an instant discomfort? That’s intuition in action. On the flip side, you may have experienced a moment where you just knew something would happen before it did, and sure enough, it did. It’s that quiet, subtle inner voice or feeling that gives you the answers before your mind catches up. 61 The problem arises when we dismiss these intuitive thoughts and try to force solutions with our rational mind. Our mind starts searching for answers, analyzing every possibility, while intuition has already provided us with the right answer—only we didn’t listen. Intuition operates at a much higher level, guiding us in ways that might seem illogical at first, but always have our best interests in mind. 62 Meditation is an excellent way to connect with your intuition. When we quiet the noise of the external world and calm the chaos of our thoughts, we create space for intuition to flow freely. Meditation helps us tune into the subtle guidance that is always there, waiting to be acknowledged. The more we practice, the more clear and precise our intuition becomes. 63 The key is to trust it, to listen to those quiet, fleeting thoughts that come to your mind and not immediately dismiss them. Intuition is a perfect source of guidance, and when we learn to cultivate it, it can guide us through challenges, solve problems, and lead us to the right answers. Start paying attention to those little intuitive nudges today, and see how they guide you in your journey.

M 64 Inductive reasoning is a powerful tool for personal growth and achieving your C-type goals. It starts with questioning, learning, and expanding your awareness. The process involves examining the current state of your life—understanding where you are and where you want to go—and using that knowledge to guide you. This creates clarity and enables you to make decisions that align with your goals. By gathering new information and analyzing how it helps you move forward, you're increasing your awareness and expanding your potential. 65 This involves questioning everything around you. It’s not just about accepting information blindly but rather evaluating its usefulness in reaching your goal. Inductive reasoning teaches you to learn from the world and the nature around you, allowing you to identify opportunities and solutions that others might miss. By thinking creatively and expansively about its potential uses, you tap into your awareness of possibilities, ultimately increasing your ability to achieve your goals. 66 Your awareness of both yourself and the world around you directly influences your success. The more aware you become of your own strengths, potential, and the opportunities in your environment, the more effectively you can reason inductively. It is through this heightened awareness that you begin to see the connections between your desires and the world’s possibilities, allowing you to take purposeful actions toward your goal. 67 On the other hand, deductive reasoning can keep you stuck because it relies on accepting general information and others' opinions without questioning them. This approach can lead to confusion and a lack of direction because you’re relying on external sources to define your reality. When you're unable to differentiate between truth and falsehood, or if you accept things without critical thinking, your paradigm controls your life, limiting your potential. 68 Inductive reasoning empowers you to break free from this cycle. It encourages you to explore, learn, and evaluate everything based on how it moves you closer to your goals, rather than being influenced by general, unexamined beliefs. The more you practice this, the more clarity and focus you will have, and the closer you'll get to achieving your C-type goals.

O 70 Listening with emotions is a deeper form of engagement compared to just hearing information. When we hear something, it passes through our conscious mind (CMind), but it doesn’t necessarily cause us to take action. The information stays at a surface level, merely floating in our awareness. However, when we listen with emotion, we are fully engaging with the idea, feeling its impact on a deeper level. This creates a resonance with the subconscious mind (SMind), where it begins to reprogram our paradigm and self-image. This process sets the stage for action. 71 When you listen with emotion, the knowledge moves beyond mere understanding. It enters the subconscious, where it becomes power. That’s the real learning—not just accumulating facts, but applying them with purpose and passion. Knowledge in itself is not power. It becomes powerful only when it's directed toward a clear goal, organized, and applied with intent. That’s when it starts transforming into the creative force that shapes your destiny. 72 The act of listening with emotion involves engaging your full being with what you're hearing, allowing the idea to resonate deeply enough to inspire change in your thoughts and behaviors. It is through this emotional connection to information that true learning happens, and only then will it lead to tangible results. 73 For example, if you’re learning something that can impact your C-type goal, listening with emotion helps you not only grasp the idea but also internalize it, which will inspire you to take the necessary actions to bring it to life. So, the next time you are learning something new, ask yourself: "Am I truly listening, or am I just hearing?" Are you emotionally connecting with the information to make it part of your new paradigm?
hilokal-notebook-image

P 74 When you're alone, you begin to learn a great deal about yourself—your natural breathing rate, heartbeat, thought patterns, speaking style, and writing abilities. In essence, you become aware of your natural vibration and frequency. The more time you spend in solitude, the better you get to know yourself. Once you're familiar with how you naturally breathe, think, and speak, you'll notice a shift in your behavior when you're around others. It's like a red flag that says, "Wait, why am I acting differently? This isn't me." We often find ourselves mirroring the behavior of those around us instead of staying true to ourselves, and this change happens on a subtle level. This is why it's often said that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. The environment can influence you so powerfully that it can override even your genetic predispositions. If you're not cautious, your surroundings can either build you up or tear you down. 75 Consider the example of a piano: when you press a specific key, a nearby chandelier starts vibrating, but no other key causes this effect. This is known as resonance. Everything around us is energy, and each thing has its own vibration and frequency, which is why everything appears different. Just like the piano key and chandelier, each has its unique frequency—let's call the chandelier's frequency F1 and the piano key's frequency F2. When these frequencies align (F2 = F1), the chandelier begins to vibrate, its energy and amplitude increasing. Though the chandelier and the piano key seem completely different, they begin vibrating together, essentially becoming one. 76 Every object and person has its own frequency, which can be influenced by outside vibrations. If an external frequency matches the object's natural frequency, it causes the object to vibrate more intensely, increasing its energy. Humans also have a frequency, which is shaped by our self-image in the subconscious mind. For instance, if you're an introvert but meet someone who is more introverted, you may begin to act more outgoing. 77 Conversely, if you're alone and surrounded by negative influences (due to fear of loneliness), your vibration may lower. If you stay in such an environment long enough, your frequency could become negative, leading to mental health challenges. This happens because when you can't express yourself fully, you start to lose your sense of self, and when that happens, you lose everything. 78 As spiritual beings, we are driven by the desire for expansion and fuller expression. According to universal laws, your frequency should always be increasing, or else you'll feel like you're dying inside. When you're around people who are growing and expanding, your vibration increases, your energy amplifies, and you grow and express yourself more. This is the power of resonance—the secret itself.
hilokal-notebook-image

Q 79 Resonance is a simple concept to grasp, but when applied to life, it can get confusing. Everything around us is energy, and that energy can be understood as electricity. When electricity flows, it generates a magnetic field, and together, they form an electromagnetic field. Resonance occurs when the electromagnetic field of one object aligns with that of another. Our human bodies are also electrical devices. In the 1940s, EEG (Electroencephalogram) and ECG (Electrocardiogram) were developed to measure the electrical activity in the brain and heart, respectively. 80 EEG (Electroencephalograph) measures the electrical activity of the brain. ECG (Electrocardiograph) measures the electrical signals generated by the heartbeat. Moving electricity creates a magnetic field, which leads to an electromagnetic field. Just like any object, our human bodies also possess an electromagnetic field, often referred to as our natural vibrational frequency. 81 Over time, due to the repeated influence of our paradigms, we’ve disconnected from our natural vibrational frequency. So how can we reconnect with this natural electromagnetic field? The answer lies in the brain. The brain is where vibrational frequencies are constantly shifting and transforming. For instance, when we see a picture, hear a sound, smell a fragrance, taste something sweet, or feel hot or cold, these sensory inputs are all different vibrational frequencies, which are then converted into electrical impulses. These impulses travel to the brain, which controls different body functions. For example, if your hand accidentally touches hot water, you instinctively pull it away. This continuous frequency exchange happens in our bodies 24/7. 82 When you align yourself with your true, natural vibrational frequency, you experience a state of bliss and happiness. In this state, you are in a position to create a world filled with joy, good health, and prosperity. When the brain and heart work in harmony, the natural vibration of your body intensifies, and the electromagnetic field of your body becomes stronger. This is called brain-heart coherence. In this state, you'll feel an abundance of energy within you. It is from this powerful state that you can create anything you desire, without causing harm to anyone or anything.
hilokal-notebook-image

R 83 Everything in the world has its own electromagnetic field. When the electromagnetic field of two objects aligns, their vibrations increase and they become one. Whether it's the interaction between a piano and a chandelier or the connection between you and your dreams, you can fulfill your dream through resonance. This concept might seem difficult to grasp because it's not often taught in schools, but science helps to demystify life's mysteries, showing that everything is interconnected at its core. The more you study this, the clearer it becomes. 84 You'll realize that science and math aren't as difficult as they seem—they simply need to be understood in the context of real life. You'll also understand that if you jump from a building, you won't fly, no matter how good a person you are. Similarly, if your vibration is low, if your frequency is low, you won't achieve success. Instead, you'll face sadness and failure. Success requires a state of order, which comes from high vibration and frequency. So, to be successful, you must raise your vibrations—complaining and whining will only set you up for failure. 85 Raising your vibration, increasing your frequency, and creating order is your responsibility. While others can provide you with knowledge, it's up to you to apply it in your life. Replacing negative paradigms, updating your self-image, and developing your inner power are all tasks you must do for yourself, for your own life. Remember, you're not really learning anything new—your body already functions this way, always striving for growth and success. If the negative paradigms and self-images were removed from within you right now, you'd automatically become happy, healthy, and rich because that's your natural state—it's your true nature. So, be yourself today, tomorrow, and always. That's the secret to your success.

Summary 1 Self-Awareness Spending time alone helps you become aware of your natural frequency, thought patterns, speech, and overall behavior. By being aware of your natural state, you can notice when your behavior shifts in social situations, helping you stay true to yourself. 2 Influence of Environment The people you spend the most time with influence your behavior and vibrations. Being around people who are growing can elevate your frequency, while negative company can lower it, leading to negative outcomes like mental health issues. 3 Resonance Everything is energy, and when the vibrational frequency of one object aligns with that of another, resonance occurs. This applies to both physical objects (like a piano and a chandelier) and people (like your dream and your personal frequency). 4 Vibration and Frequency Your natural frequency is your body's vibrational energy, which can be altered by external influences. Raising your vibration to a higher frequency creates a more orderly and successful state of being. 5 Human Body as an Electrical Device The human body operates as an electrical system, with electromagnetic fields generated by the brain and heart. These fields influence your overall energy and vibration. When the brain and heart work in coherence, your natural frequency increases, promoting happiness, health, and prosperity. 6 The Role of Paradigm and Self-Image Paradigms (mental patterns) and self-image shape your behavior and reality. Changing your paradigm and updating your self-image are crucial steps to elevating your frequency and achieving success. 7 Intuition and Learning Listening with emotion and applying knowledge is key to learning. When you entertain and apply useful ideas, you update your paradigm and self-image, leading to better results and actions. 8 Importance of High Vibration for Success Success is tied to maintaining a high vibrational frequency. Low frequency leads to failure, while a high frequency sets the foundation for achieving goals, happiness, and prosperity. 9 Personal Responsibility for Growth It's your responsibility to raise your vibration and apply knowledge to improve your life. While others can offer guidance, you must take action to update your paradigm, develop your potential, and align with your true nature. 10 Natural State of Being Your true nature is one of growth, success, happiness, and prosperity. By removing negative paradigms and self-images, you return to your natural state, which is your source of power and potential. 11 Be True to Yourself Success, happiness, and prosperity are the result of being authentic. Embrace your true nature, raise your frequency, and align with your purpose to unlock your full potential.
