Mind Reset Volume 2
A
1
What is a human being? Just a bundle of bones and flesh? A mere puppet in someone’s hands? Or perhaps nothing at all, unworthy of any meaningful discussion? There is so much more to being human than meets the eye, yet only a handful truly know this. Even fewer grasp it fully, and rarer still are those capable of helping others understand it.
2
Understanding humanity is no simple feat; it’s challenging to comprehend and even harder to convey to others. But while difficult, it is not impossible. Yes, it’s far from easy, but the fact that it’s possible is enough to begin.
B
3
How connected we are to nature and how closely we follow its laws can be seen in the results of our lives. To be honest, there’s nothing surprising about these results—they are simply a reflection of our inner state. Our external reality mirrors our internal life.
4
To simplify, let’s categorize these results into three areas: happiness, health, and wealth. Each of these has two contrasting outcomes: happiness versus sadness, health versus illness, and wealth versus poverty. For every positive outcome, there’s a negative counterpart.
5
In nature, positivity is inherent and abundant. In the human world, however, negativity often overshadows the positive. This disconnect leaves us feeling isolated because we have lost touch with our natural essence, identifying more with the crowd and less with the truth of nature and its laws.
C
6
Consider two individuals, A and B. B earns $5,000 per year, while A earns $50,000 per year. B’s income isn’t limited to $5,000 because they desire it to be that way, but because they are only aware of how to earn that much. Similarly, A earns $50,000 not because they specifically aim for it, but because their awareness allows them to access opportunities at that level.
7
It all boils down to awareness—nothing else. B lacks awareness of how to earn more because they have accepted their current income and settled into a comfort zone. When there’s no new goal, there’s nothing to push them toward expanding their awareness. Without a destination in mind, why would anyone book a train or flight?
8
Setting a goal is the first step; the plan to achieve it will follow naturally. This might sound unusual, but it’s true. The way to achieve any goal already exists—it’s simply waiting for you to recognize it. Your mindset determines how you receive this plan, whether as ideas or advice.
9
The moment you set a goal, your awareness begins to grow. This growth not only helps you achieve your goal but also enhances your happiness, health, and wealth. This happens because you align yourself with nature’s laws, and nature is abundant in every sense.

10
During Hitler’s regime, Jewish psychiatrist Viktor Frankl was imprisoned in a concentration camp. In his book Man's Search for Meaning, he shares his profound experiences and insights. Despite the unimaginable torture he endured, Frankl realized that no one could force him to think anything he didn’t want to. Even in chains, he was mentally free. It was this freedom of thought that enabled him to survive the concentration camps and later share his revelations with the world.
11
He emphasized that no one on earth has the power to control your thoughts unless you allow it. Yet, the reality is different—out of the entire human race, only 2% truly think. Another 3% believe they are thinking, but it’s merely mental activity. The remaining 95% would rather avoid thinking altogether, even at the cost of their lives.
12
This ability to think is humanity’s true strength. Without it, we lag far behind animals in physical power. A single thought liberated Viktor Frankl from a Nazi concentration camp—don’t you think the right thought could transform your life too?
E
13
There’s a vast difference between right thinking and mere mental activity. Right thinking liberates a prisoner, while mental activity becomes a self-imposed prison—a prison that feels like home. The contrast is as stark as listening versus hearing, or doing versus speaking.
14
Right thinking is a deliberate process, while mental activity is merely a cycle of seeing, hearing, and repeating—often without questioning whether what’s seen or heard is even true. Unfortunately, our education systems lack the tools to teach right thinking because no one knows how to teach it.
15
Knowing something and understanding it are worlds apart. Understanding requires intelligence and wisdom. Those who truly understand—who listen, think, and act with clarity—find that success naturally gravitates toward them. They make up the 2% who are truly living. The remaining 98% simply drift through life, unaware of its true potential.
16
We’re not here to merely exist and fade away; we’re here to live fully. In the next video, you’ll discover a secret that can transform the course of your life. You might recall a science experiment where salt is sprinkled on a metal plate that vibrates at different frequencies. Each vibration creates a unique pattern. The same plate, the same electricity—but as the frequencies change, so do the patterns. The lesson? The vibration you align with determines the patterns of your life.
G
17
In the previous video, we saw how the same metal plate, same salt, and same electricity produced entirely different patterns when the vibration frequency changed. This wasn’t just an experiment—it reveals a profound truth about life and nature.
18
Consider paper and wood. They appear vastly different, yet paper is derived from wood. In essence, they are the same, even if they look different. This principle holds true throughout the universe. Everything is energy; the differences we see are only due to variations in vibration and frequency.
19
For example, metals like gold, silver, and iron all consist of atoms, electrons, and protons. However, their distinct appearances arise from their different rates of vibration. Wood and paper have different frequencies, so they appear different, but at their core, they are energy—just like everything else in the universe.
20
This concept also applies to our lives. Those horizontal lines we discussed earlier, representing the awareness levels of persons A and B, are actually levels of vibration or frequency. Low vibration corresponds to low frequency and disorder, while high vibration corresponds to high frequency and order.
21
Order signifies harmony, clarity, and high vibration, while disorder signifies confusion and low vibration. By raising our vibration, we align with higher frequencies, bringing more order and abundance into our lives.
H
22
If you truly want to understand nature, embrace science—it will never harm or deceive us. Science teaches us simple truths: high vibrations and high frequencies mean order, where everything is organized, while low vibrations and low frequencies mean disorder, where everything is scattered. This concept is common sense in science, but when it comes to applying it in life, most of us draw a blank.
23
Ask yourself: Is happiness a high vibration or a low vibration? What about health? And wealth? Clearly, happiness, health, and wealth are high-vibration, high-frequency states—organized, harmonious, and completely natural. On the other hand, sadness, illness, and poverty are low-vibration, low-frequency states, full of disorder and chaos.
24
When we say that everything is energy, we mean everything. Your thoughts, feelings, and actions are all energy. Thoughts, in particular, are cosmic vibrations—the most powerful form of energy. Negative thoughts bring sadness, disease, and poverty, while positive thoughts bring happiness, health, and wealth.
25
Everything in existence began as a thought. A single thought attracts other similar thoughts, forming clusters that evolve into feelings. Those feelings, in turn, gather similar energies and give birth to action.
26
Take Edison’s invention of the light bulb—it all started with a thought. That one thought grew, gathered momentum, and today, it’s a reality that transforms night into day. Your thoughts hold the same creative power. Choose them wisely.
I
27
Now, take a moment to reflect on your life. Is it operating at high vibration and high frequency, or low vibration and low frequency? Are you happy, healthy, and wealthy, or are you unhappy, sick, and struggling? It’s crucial to accept the truth of your current situation, no matter how difficult it may be, because only through acceptance can you begin to seek solutions.
28
For 95% of people, life operates at a low vibration, low frequency. But the good news is, we can shift this by simply changing the vibration frequency. Everything is energy, and by altering the frequency, we can raise it. This isn't a new concept—it’s something you already do in your everyday life, you just may not be aware of it.
29
Take boiling water, for instance. By heating water, you are changing its vibration frequency. At room temperature, water is a liquid. At a higher temperature, it turns to steam. At a low temperature, it becomes ice. Water, steam, and ice are all the same substance—H2O—but they exist in different states because of their different frequencies and vibrations. You're already interacting with vibrations and frequencies without even realizing it. Changing vibration and frequency is not complicated; it’s just a matter of becoming conscious of the process.
30
The issue lies in how we apply the laws of science to life, which isn't taught in schools. Connecting science to daily life is an out-of-the-box idea, and not everyone reads books. But everyone lives life, so it's crucial to understand nature's laws.
31
We can see steam, but if the temperature of the steam is raised further, it becomes invisible. Does this mean it has disappeared? No, it’s still there; our eyes simply can’t perceive it at that frequency. Our senses can only detect a small portion of the electromagnetic spectrum—just about 1%. But this doesn’t mean we can’t understand the whole spectrum. Nature's laws are universal, and we can grasp them if we choose to.
32
When steam cools, it becomes water, and if that water is kept in the fridge, it becomes ice. The key takeaway is that everything—whether it’s wood, paper, steam, or ice—has its own vibration and frequency. Wood, paper, steam, and ice are all forms of energy; they just appear different because of their varying frequencies.
33
We have the ability to change our own vibration, too. Initially, it may seem difficult because it’s a new concept, but once you understand it, it becomes as easy as a game. Happiness is high vibration, sadness is low vibration. Good health is high vibration, sickness is low vibration. Wealth is high vibration, poverty is low vibration. And you have the power to change your vibration and, in doing so, change your results.
J
34
That's incredible! Human beings are far more than what we often perceive ourselves to be. We are not just physical bodies, but highly sophisticated electrical systems capable of vibrating at different frequencies. The value of a human being isn't just about what chemicals make up our body—it's about the immense energy within us that can power an entire country for a week. The way science has begun to reveal the energy and electrical potential within us only scratches the surface of our true capabilities.
35
Kirlian photography offers a fascinating glimpse into this reality. It shows that the human body is not merely flesh and bones, but an intricate, dynamic field of energy. The glowing lines captured by Kirlian photography are a visual representation of ionization—a process that occurs when energy flows through our body. The glowing aura around the body is an indication of our electrical and energetic state, influenced by the vibrations we hold.
36
This is a powerful realization: just like a machine that runs on electricity, we too operate on energy. And just like we can change the vibration of water, we can also change our own vibration and frequency. By becoming aware of this, we open ourselves to the possibility of consciously controlling and shifting our energy state, creating a life that vibrates at a higher frequency. Understanding this gives us the ability to manifest change in our lives, from health and happiness to success and abundance. The more we tune into this energetic aspect of our being, the more we realize how connected we are to the greater forces of the universe.

Dr. Thurman Fleet's holistic approach to healing is both profound and transformative. His perspective on health goes beyond just addressing the physical symptoms, suggesting that true wellness comes from understanding and healing the entire person—spiritually, mentally, and physically.
38
What he emphasizes is the interconnectedness of these three levels: the spiritual, the mental, and the physical. The spiritual level is the foundation, the source from which all thoughts originate. It's an infinite ocean of potential, where we have the freedom to choose any thought. This is where the true power of manifestation begins, where the choices we make at this level can shape our entire reality.
39
The mental level is where these thoughts become ideas—where they begin to take form and structure. It's at this level that we internalize our thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions, which then direct our actions and outcomes in life. When our thoughts at the spiritual level are aligned with positive, empowering beliefs, the mind strengthens these ideas and brings them into our physical reality.
40
The physical body, the third level, is where we see the manifestation of the thoughts and beliefs we have held. Dr. Fleet's message is clear: if our results (whether it's happiness, health, wealth, or success) aren't where we want them to be, it often begins with the choices we make at the spiritual and mental levels. Changing our thoughts, and understanding how deeply these levels influence our lives, can drastically alter our outcomes. The health of the mind and spirit reflects directly on the body.
41
This holistic model aligns with many teachings of the Law of Attraction and the power of mindset. It highlights that the body is not an isolated entity but a reflection of the higher energies—our thoughts and beliefs—at the spiritual and mental levels. By working on these foundational levels, we can create harmony and alignment, which ultimately manifests as health and well-being in the physical realm.
42
Dr. Fleet's approach encourages us to understand that we are not just physical beings, but complex systems of energy, thought, and spirit. Healing, then, becomes about addressing all parts of ourselves, not just the body, but our minds and spirits, ensuring that the flow of energy through each level is balanced and aligned.
L
43
This idea beautifully highlights the profound connection between the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life, particularly focusing on the spiritual level as the foundation of everything. Just as water is water, whether we call it H2O or not, the spiritual level exists within all of us, irrespective of our external differences or circumstances. The essence of life, the "spirit" or energy, is the same in everyone—it is the core, the source from which everything else emanates.
44
By recognizing ourselves as energy, we understand that we are not limited by our physical form, nor by the labels we place on ourselves. Our spiritual essence is pure energy, and this energy is all-knowing, constantly vibrating at various frequencies. This means that we have access to all the information we need about our lives at a deeper level, simply by increasing our awareness and aligning with our true nature.
45
This aligns with many teachings in metaphysics, where the recognition of one's true spiritual nature is seen as a path to empowerment. When we understand that we are not separate from the energy around us, we can choose to raise our vibration and frequency. As we do so, we align with our highest potential, manifesting the life we desire: one of happiness, health, wealth, and harmonious cooperation with others.
46
The spiritual level is not something outside of us or distant; it is within, and it is in constant activity. The power to transform our lives lies within our ability to understand and tune into this energy, this activity. As we shift our thoughts and awareness, we can navigate the vibrational frequencies and manifest a life that reflects our highest desires. This is the core activity of the spiritual level—our ability to create, transform, and elevate our reality through conscious awareness and thought.

47
The truth remains constant. Your spiritual level represents your core truth, and it has a fundamental activity that we will explore through the 3Es. At this level, there is always an inherent drive to express and expand oneself, with no exceptions. Satisfaction doesn't exist here, and no one has fully attained it. We've all experienced that even after reaching our goals, something still feels incomplete. The spiritual level is boundless, continually expanding, so true satisfaction is elusive. While you can find contentment with what you have, true satisfaction is never fully realized. Dissatisfaction isn't negative—it's the source of creativity.
48
When the telephone was first invented, it was a great achievement, though bulky. People weren't satisfied with its design, and out of that dissatisfaction came the creative innovations that led to the smartphones we use today, improving our lives. Satisfaction doesn't exist in the universe; it's not a natural state. Nature is always in motion, continuously expressing and expanding itself. We are meant to do the same. Before embarking on any endeavor, we must first recognize who we are, search for our uniqueness, and understand our essence. Then, we must express and share that with the world, allowing humanity to benefit from it. Your uniqueness is a gift meant to be shared, and by doing so, you fill your life with happiness, health, and wealth.

Level 2: The Mind
When we think, we do so in images, not words. For instance, when you hear the words "rose," "moon," "sea," "lion," or "chair," images of these things flash in your mind, not the words themselves. Thinking without pictures is impossible. Do you ever wonder what the "picture of the mind" is? When there's no picture, confusion arises. Dr. Thurman Fleet helped clarify this by showing us the "picture of the mind." The true essence of a human being isn't defined by gender—men and women differ in their vibrations, but fundamentally, the essence of a person is the mind. The image of the mind shown here represents the truth of all of us.
50
The mind is not the brain. Without the brain, there is no mind. The mind comes to life when the brain is active. Your spiritual level is always alive, regardless of whether you are living or dead, because it is pure energy, and energy cannot be created or destroyed—it only changes form by vibrating at different frequencies.
51
Our mind is divided into two parts based on activity: the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The body, though important, is merely a small tool—it is an instrument of the mind. What goes on in the mind is reflected in the body, as the body serves the mind's commands. If the body controls the mind, problems arise. In many cases, people suffer because their bodies, going against the natural order, dominate their minds. The five "antennas" of the conscious mind are our sense organs: eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and skin, which allow us to see, hear, taste, touch, and smell. This is the "picture of the mind."
O
52
Let's break this down step by step.
The Conscious Mind:
The conscious mind controls our senses and voluntary actions. Voluntary actions are those we consciously choose to do, based on our will. Interestingly, the conscious mind accounts for only 3-5% of our total mind. It is often called the "thinking mind" because it allows us to reason, make decisions, and think through situations. This part of the mind is where we store all the knowledge we’ve acquired, like the things we've learned in school or college. It's the part that allows us to accept or reject ideas, and it's where our ability to choose originates. Through the conscious mind, we can come up with new ideas and form new perspectives. Additionally, it controls our sense organs, allowing us to gather information from the world around us.
53
The Subconscious Mind:
On the other hand, the subconscious mind controls involuntary functions of the body, such as heartbeat, digestion, breathing, and temperature regulation. It's responsible for performing billions of tasks per second, making it 95-97% of the total mind. Because of this, the subconscious mind is much more powerful than the conscious mind. It works tirelessly 24/7 to keep us alive. The subconscious mind is often called the "emotional mind," and unlike the conscious mind, it cannot reject or analyze anything—it simply accepts what is given to it. This is why hypnosis can influence the subconscious mind: when someone is hypnotized, their subconscious mind will accept suggestions without question.
54
For instance, if I were to tell your subconscious mind, "It’s winter during the summer," it would accept it as truth and may even compel you to wear a winter jacket, even though the reality is that it's summer. This illustrates how the subconscious mind doesn’t distinguish between imagination and reality—it acts upon whatever it believes to be true.
55
The Role of the Subconscious Mind in Action:
The subconscious mind is the action center of the body, meaning all actions, whether good or bad, originate from it. For example, in the hypnotism scenario where I suggest it’s winter, your subconscious mind causes you to act as though it is winter because it believes that to be true. The language of the subconscious mind is emotion and feeling, not logic or reasoning.
56
Universal Mind and Spiritual Level Connection:
Additionally, the subconscious mind is not just your personal mind—it is also a universal mind. This means it has a connection to the energy and activity of the spiritual level. The activities of the subconscious mind, spiritual level, and energy are all the same at their core, though they are described using different terms. This is a key concept to grasp: the activity remains the same, even if the terminology differs.
57
Take a moment to reflect on what we've just explored. Understanding how the conscious and subconscious minds operate, and their relationship to the spiritual level, is essential to understanding how our thoughts and actions shape our reality.
P
58
We humans are not separate from the universe or from nature. Our true identity is not defined by the size or color of our bodies; we are spiritual beings using our minds to experience a physical reality through the results we create. This is the essence of who we are.
59
At the core of our existence is the spiritual level, followed by the mind level, which is divided into the conscious mind and the subconscious mind (smind). Our conscious mind holds our thoughts, while our subconscious mind holds our emotions. These two layers of mind interact to create our physical reality—the body, which represents the results we experience in life.
60
We are all interconnected, and at the spiritual level, we are fundamentally the same. The law of attraction—"like attracts like"—illustrates how our thoughts and emotions align with the reality we experience. What we focus on and how we feel shapes our reality, and because we are all part of this larger interconnected system, we are more alike than we often realize.
61
Summary
a) We are spiritual beings: Our true essence lies in the spiritual level, which is universal and the same for everyone, irrespective of external factors like body size or color.
b) The role of the mind: The mind is the tool through which we experience physical reality and create results.
62
The mind is divided into two parts:
Conscious mind (3-5%): Responsible for voluntary actions, thoughts, and decisions. It processes information through our senses and helps us make choices.
Subconscious mind (95-97%): Controls involuntary functions like heartbeat, digestion, and breathing. It operates on emotions and cannot reject anything, simply accepting and acting on what it is told, including both reality and imagination.
63
c) Mind and reality:
Thoughts in the conscious mind and emotions in the subconscious mind manifest as the physical reality or the results we experience in our body. Both the spiritual and subconscious levels operate similarly, influencing our physical reality.
64
d) Universal connection:
We are all connected by the same universal energy. "Like attracts like" – our thoughts and emotions shape our reality, and understanding this allows us to align with the universe.
e) Creating a fulfilling life:
Through understanding our spiritual and mental levels, we can create a life filled with happiness, health, and wealth.
