Example: Delusional- People who have it can't tell what's real from what is imagined • Example: She held a delusional belief that the sky turned black at night, when it is always blue. Perpetual- never ending or changing. Example: She was an attractive girl with a quick smile and a perpetual twinkle in her eyes.
