How was your weekend?

PAGE 1 Oh, I had a lovely weekend. I went to visit my friend, Gemma. On Saturday we went to a nature reserve. We were met with a beautiful setting of a placid lake and a stunning waterfall. The natural surroundings were so beautiful, it almost felt like we were standing in the middle of a movie set. We even got to see the sheep grazing on the rocky mountains. I found it very interesting to watch them standing there on the mountain, at such an angle, it looked like they could easily fall down.

PAGE 2 On Sunday we decided to explore Gemma’s local neighborhood. It really is a beautiful town she lives in, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities. Gemma was cycling and I was jogging. There really is a huge difference between exploring town by foot, as opposed to taking a drive. You get to see a lot more detail and really appreciate the scenery. For lunch, we ordered a pizza and we binge-watched a series. After some lovely exercise in the morning, both of us became complete couch potatoes! So, that was a quick recap of my weekend. How was yours?
