1. What is the easiest thing about English for you? The easiest thing about English for me is the basic grammar. I find it simple to make short sentences and ask questions. I also think English pronunciation is easier than in some other languages. I enjoy speaking in English and feel more confident with everyday topics. 2. How do you learn new vocabulary in English? I usually learn new vocabulary by reading short texts, watching videos with subtitles, and writing new words in a notebook. I try to use the new words in sentences to remember them better. Sometimes, I also use apps to practice vocabulary every day. 3. Do other people in your family speak English? Yes, some people in my family speak English. My brother is learning English in school, and my cousin speaks it well because he studied abroad. We sometimes practice speaking together, which helps me feel more comfortable. 4. How do you think English will be helpful for your future? I think English will help me a lot in the future because it is an international language. I want to travel, study, and maybe work in another country, so speaking English will give me more opportunities. It will also help me understand more things online. 5. What could you do to improve your English even more? Reading, writing, speaking, listening, etc. To improve my English more, I should practice speaking and listening every day. I can watch English movies, listen to podcasts, and talk with friends in English. Reading short stories and writing about my day can also help me learn more vocabulary and grammar. 6. Which activities do you find most helpful in English class? I find speaking activities and group discussions the most helpful in English class. They help me practice real conversation and build my confidence. I also like listening to recordings and answering questions because it improves my understanding. 7. Which activities do you find least helpful in English class? The activities I find least helpful are long grammar exercises with no speaking. Sometimes they are boring, and I don’t remember the rules well. I prefer using grammar in real situations, not only filling in the blanks. 8. Do you think learning English with a native English speaker is a good idea? Yes, I think learning English with a native speaker is a good idea because it helps me hear the correct pronunciation and natural expressions. They can teach real-life English, not just from books. It also helps me get used to different accents and speaking styles.

The Yes No Game Rules The Yes No game rules are nice and simple. Player 1 asks Player 2 a series of questions - questions that usually get a “Yes” or “No” answer. Neither Player 1 nor Player 2 are allowed to say either of these two words. “Yep, Nope, uh huh, nah, nope” and other one word answers are also not allowed. For example, you might ask “Do you have any brothers or sisters?” A natural answer would be “No” or “Yes”. Instead, they’d need to say something like “I have two – one brother and one sister”. Your next question could then be “Did you say you had three siblings?” This will hopefully trick them into saying something like “No, I have two”, in which case they’re out of the game. Ask the questions quickly so that they have less time to think about their answer. The time limit of one round is one minute. If Player 2 can go for one minute without saying “yes” or “no”, they win. If either player 1 or player 2 say “yes” or “no”, they lose. Example Round - ( * ) are the yes/no questions Do you have any brothers or sisters? Did you say three? * What are their names? So how do you spell your brother’s name? Was that ……… (repeat how the brother’s name was spelled) * Are you older than him? * How old is he? Do you get on well? * What’s his favorite sport? Do you ever play that with him? * Are you better than him at the sport? * When’s his birthday? What present did you get him for his birthday? Did he like it? *

How To Play 20 Questions To play 20 questions, first, one person must think of a secret object and not tell anyone what it is. Then, that person should let the other players know what kind of thing it is. The secret object can be an animal, a famous person, a type of food, something you find in a classroom, or literally any other category you can think of. Once the person has said what category the secret object belongs to, the other players can ask up to 20 questions to try and figure out what secret object the person is thinking of. These 20 questions must be ‘yes/no’ questions, also known as ‘closed questions’. The players should use these questions to narrow down the possible answers so that they get a better chance of guessing the word correctly. For this reason, players should start out asking general questions and gradually move to more specific questions. For example, “Is it an animal?”, “Is it an animal that is kept as a pet?”, “Does it have whiskers?”, “Is it a cat?”, and so on. Once the players who are guessing have a good idea of what the secret object is, they can go ahead and guess, even if they haven’t asked all 20 questions.

**1. What's a good way to make new friends?** Making new friends can be challenging, especially when you are in a new country. One good way is to join clubs or groups that match your interests. For example, you can join a sports team, a music group, or even a study club. Another way is to participate in events organized for international students. This allows you to meet people who might be in the same situation as you. You can also try talking to people in your class or at the library. Don’t be shy to start a conversation; many students are also looking to make new friends. Being open and friendly can help a lot. It’s important to be patient, as it might take some time to build strong friendships. Volunteering or joining social activities can help you meet new people. In the end, showing interest in others is key to making good friends. **2. What do you like doing with your friends?** I enjoy spending time with my friends in many different ways. We often go to the cinema to watch movies or go to cafes to chat. Sometimes, we go on small trips to nearby parks or tourist spots to explore. I also like to cook and invite my friends over for dinner. We share food from our countries, and it’s fun to learn new recipes together. Sometimes, we just hang out and listen to music or play video games. We also love going shopping together or finding new places to eat. I think what’s most important is just being together and having fun. Making memories with friends is a special experience. I also enjoy studying together or helping each other with homework. **3. Which activities do you enjoy doing with your family?** I enjoy many activities with my family, and it’s always a good way to spend time together. We like to go on family walks in the evening, especially in the park near our house. On weekends, we often cook meals together, and everyone helps in the kitchen. We also play board games or card games, which are really fun. Sometimes, we visit family members or have family parties for birthdays. I also like to watch movies with my family; we pick a movie and all watch it together. If we have time, we like to travel and see new places. Family vacations are very special to me because we create memories. I enjoy helping my parents with shopping or organizing things at home. Spending time with family is important because it brings us closer. **4. Does your family eat together? If so, which meals?** Yes, my family usually eats together. We often eat lunch and dinner together. Lunch is often a smaller meal, but we try to sit down and enjoy it. Dinner is the most important meal for us, and we always try to have it together in the evening. We share stories of our day during dinner, and it’s a time for the family to connect. On weekends, we sometimes have breakfast together too, especially if we’re not in a rush. Eating together makes the meal more enjoyable. It’s a time for us to relax and talk about anything, whether it’s something funny or important. I think eating together helps us stay close as a family. We sometimes invite friends to join our meals, making it even more fun. **5. Tell me about your favorite aunt or uncle. Why are they your favorite?** My favorite aunt is someone I’ve always looked up to. She’s very kind and funny, and she always knows how to make me laugh. Whenever I visit her, we spend a lot of time talking, and she gives me great advice. She also takes me to fun places, like art galleries or cool cafes. What I like the most about her is that she’s always supportive, no matter what. She makes me feel special and always knows how to cheer me up when I’m feeling down. I love the stories she tells me about when she was younger. She is a very positive person, and I always feel happy when I’m with her. We also share a love for cooking, and sometimes we try new recipes together. She’s a big part of my life, and I’m very grateful for her. **6. Do you have children? I imagine having a family and raising children would be a wonderful experience. I would love to teach them new things and watch them grow. Having children means a lot of responsibility, but I think it would be very rewarding. I enjoy spending time with children, and I like how they bring energy and fun into a house. I think I would love to see their different personalities develop. Maybe I would like to have two or three children, so they can play together. It’s important to me that they have a happy childhood. I would want them to feel loved and supported, just like I did when I was younger. Having children is a big decision, but it’s something I would consider in the future. **7. Do you spend more time with your family or your friends? Why?** I try to spend time with both my family and my friends, but I think I spend a bit more time with my friends. Since I’m living away from my family for school, I often hang out with friends to feel connected. I enjoy doing things with my friends, like going out or studying together. However, I make sure to call or video chat with my family often, especially my parents, to stay close. When I’m with my family, it feels like I’m home, and we spend quality time together. But being in a new country, I find that I spend more time with friends because they are nearby and we share experiences. I think both are important, but right now, my friends are more accessible. I try to balance both relationships, as both family and friends are important to me. It’s hard to say which one I spend more time with, but I appreciate them both. **8. He is very supportive of my goals and helps me whenever I need advice. We share many interests, like watching movies and listening to music. What I like the most about him is that he listens to me and understands my feelings. We also love trying new food together and exploring different cultures. I feel lucky to have him in my life because he is always there for me. Being with him makes my life more enjoyable and fun.
