Toxic is Toxic, no matter who it comes from. It doesn't matter if it's a friend, family member, or even a romantic partner. Toxicity should never be tolerated or accepted. You are responsible for your own mental health and emotional well-being. And you have the power to set boundaries and save yourself from harmful relationships interactions. or Do what you need to keep yourself protected even if it means cutting ties or distancing yourself from the person causing the toxicity.

Be kind and compassionate to yourself, just like you are to others. Recognize your achievements and praise your looks and personality. Be a supportive listener and a cheerleader for yourself. Forgive yourself for your mistakes, and use kindly words when talking to yourself. Respect your needs and feelings. Give yourself breaks and relax. Treat yourself to self-care and kindness. If you can do it easily for others, why not for yourself as well?

Sometimes people judge us based on their own perspective without understanding our situation or point of view. Yet who are they? It's easy for them to comment and make assumptions, but remember, they don't know you as well as you know yourself. They never walked in your shoes. Don't take their judgment personally. Don't let their words hurt you. Don't let them control you. Don't let them decide what you should do. This is your life!!

I'm the kind of person who always says, "It's okay," even when it's not. I always say, "I'm fine," even though it hurts a lot. I lie about my feelings and pretend that they never bother me all the time. But behind closed doors, I tear up into pieces. I want to scream my anger and hate everything around me. I no longer want to be someone who always understands; I want to be understood too. And at the end of the day, I wish someone would sit here beside me and say, "I'm here. You can now stop pretending. I know you're not okay, and you're sad. I want you to know that your feelings are valid too."

Sometimes life throws dark days filled with rocks and thorns in our paths. You might doubt and wonder, "Can I get through this?" But hey always remember, God will never give you obstacles you can't overcome. Believe in God. Believe in yourself. It's okay to pause and feel the pain, but don't stay in that place for too long. Time won't wait for you. Just keep walking, even if there are tears. Just keep walking until you find the light. Believe, you can do this!!

It's good to care about other people, but you have to make yourself a priority as well. I mean, sometimes you get so focused on other people's problems -you are all ears for them, you cheer them up, and you are always there for them. Yet, how about you? You're as important as they are. If you don't have someone in your life to support you, at least you have you. You need to be there for yourself, just like you are for others. Take care of yourself and don't let yourself fall by the wayside.
