CONVERSATION PRACTICE- BASIC PHRASES FOR BEGINNERS
LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. To be able to introduce ourselves in Spanish.

Important notes:
1. In Spanish we don't pronounce the letter H.
Example: Hola is pronounced as ola
2. Be careful when using adjectives that describe yourself because most of the Spanish adjectives depend on the gender of the speaker.
Example: I am excited
Boys will say "estoy emocionado" while girls will say it as " estoy emocionada"
3. When writing in Spanish, know where to put the accent/tilde. This will also guide you on how to pronounce the word correctly
4. Note words that are similar in pronunciation but different in meaning
5. Always remember that it's okay to commit mistakes because that is how we learn and grow.
