Note: Would / or Wouldn't will not appear twice in a sentence. Your IF clause or condition will never contain 'would' or 'wouldn't' You can use 'I would' or I'd. Both are acceptable.

Note: The auxiliary verb 'be' will change to were if it appears in the if clause / condition. For example: If I / he / she / we / they were
